Can you service my machine?

Please call during business hours to schedule an appointment.

Here at Resurgence Small Engine Inc., we work on all brands. This includes Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Suzuki, Honda, Craftsman, John Deere, Husqvarna, Stihl and many more!

Handheld Items - Due to the low quality of manufacturing, we do not service handheld items except for name-brand chainsaws (Stihl, Husqvarna, & Dolmar). This includes weed-whackers, leaf blowers, and ice augers.
Unfortunately many handheld engines are poorly made. They are very frustrating to work on as many of their parts are intended to wear out and are not designed to be rebuilt. Repair costs quickly exceed the value of the machine.

How long will it take for an estimate?

After the in-depth diagnostics, an estimate will be available within 3 business days.

How long will it take to service my machine?

After an estimate and approval, you can expect to have your machine back within two weeks.

Do you have the part I need?

All of our parts available are listed on this website. Please check here for parts.

How do I identify the make/year/model of my machine?

This information can be gathered from the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Visit our machine identification page for more info.

Are there any extra hidden fees?

No. There are no hidden fees, ever. We don’t even have sales tax.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or by PayPal. Orders picked up at the shop, can be paid for upon pick-up.

Why do I see the same part listed twice?

If you see two parts listed with the same manufacturer's number, then we have two copies of the part. We sell used parts and we want you to see a picture of the actual part that you will receive. That way there’s no surprises about the condition! Look at the images and then select the one that you would like to order. If you would like to purchase both, please add them to your cart separately.

Why is USPS priority shipping listed twice?

Admittedly, the website is not perfect. Please choose the cheaper option. This occurs because we calculate the postage cost multiple ways in order to offer you the best rate!
